Diabetes can be reversed!
Several plans using natural mineral and vitamin supplements, detoxification protocols, and exercise and diet modifications have been proved successful for not only type 2 diabetics but also a large percentage of type 1 (insulin dependent) patients. These programs, as well as any program of this nature, require the monitoring of qualified medical professionals.
While many of these systems are successful, they can be very expensive requiring living in medical retreats under constant medical supervision while life-long behaviors are modified, constantly shifting medical procedures and invasive therapies for period of time up to 3 months.
The long term success of these programs, as well as any program, requires the patient to continue the skills they learn after release from these retreats. Many times when the patient returns to familiar surroundings, the new habits are lost as old habits come back to life in old surroundings.
The program outlined in the e-book Easy Steps to Escape Diabetes does not require a medical retreat. The change in habits are acquired in familiar surroundings, again under medical supervision, and because of this are much more likely to be permanent.
What are these changes?
First, one needs to become a much more positive person – it is a medical fact that a negative emotional attitude breaks the body down, causing it to become much more acidic, which impedes metabolism.
Second, exercise needs to occur on a regular basis. 30 minutes of aerobic, deep breathing, sweaty exercise, at least 3 times a week.
Third, your diet needs to be both of a much less amount than the currently typical American diet and much more dense nutritionally. The foods eaten need to be as processed as little as possible as processing removes nutritional value. Vegetables, if they can not be consumed within three days of harvesting, should be flash-frozen, which preserves nutrition well. Canned food, if packed with water, is a good source of nutrition as well.
However, the true key to reversing diabetes, as well as correcting a large host of other degenerative diseases lies in adjusting your pH level as close to the optimal 7.36 pH as possible. This done by drinking water that has been made alkaline. Alkaline water can be obtained through:

2. By the adding of ‘alkinity drops’ available at health food stores.
3. A less efficient way is by squirting some lemon juice in the water.
No water should go into you with out this treatment.
The typical amount of water that should be drunk daily is arrived at by converting your weight in pounds into ounces and dividing that number in half. For me, at 200 pounds, that means I need to be drinking about 100 ounces (3/4 of a gallon!) a day. As you become hydrated (nearly all Americans are very much starved for water) and pH is brought into balance, your energy level grows and grows.
The other secret weapon to ‘fix’ both inadequate nutrition and pH value through the use of ‘supergreens’, a ground up mixture of selected highly nutritious vegetables which is mixed with water, provides what your body needs to properly deal with blood sugar. The cell walls become more porous to the passage of insulin. Fat is lost as it isn’t needed to store acidic waste products.
Because of these actions, diabetes leaves your life, like many others that have done these very things!
