Research has found that fluctuating blood sugar levels can make it almost impossible for someone to lose weight and stay healthy. In order to control food cravings you first need to level out blood sugar spikes.

Diabetes is a disease of blood sugar spikes, thus increasing food cravings. This video describes why it is important to use ‘bulky’ vegetables, that is unrefined food stuffs to slow down the peaks and valleys of blood sugar.
